Budget Changes
  • 15 schools - Add $3,000 for 3 additional schools
  • Add $1,000 for special presentations - $200 per lesson
  • Minus $1,500 from Capital Outlay - purchase 2 instead of 3 VSX 5000
  • Minus $2,500 from other instructional equipment
  • Instructional software - elearning license will be paid from another grant account allowing use of these funds for additional instructional purchases.
Course review
  • Bob will develop 2 lessons on designing a TECHS video by each school - multimedia unit
  • Graci - Look to add 'etiquette for discussion board use'.
  • Jason - Send out production information at least one week ahead of time
    • What is production day and time
    • Template for TECHS lessons
    • Copy of one of your pdf lessons
