The following technology equipment and/or supplies will be used or demonstrated in the course.  A supplier, product description and past costs for each item have been listed as one source for purchasing.  Each school is responsible for purchasing their own equipment and/or supplies.

The following is a list of supplies/equipment and software that could be purchased in support of the course.  Some items may not need to be purchased as you may already have these on hand.

During the TECHS year, we will offer a Build a Computer day within each region.  In order to BACA in one day and add Linux software, we require that each participating school purchase the same computer kit componenets.  As the technology components continue to be upgraded, we select the the computer components for the kit.   The kit will include everything but the monitor.   The estimated cost will be $400 per unit.
